I love to dance, even if I get the steps wrong! The class is fun, relaxed, and we all laugh together. I get some exercise in without even noticing because I’m too busy enjoying the music!
Come as you are—casual clothes and comfy shoes. No need to change.
Not at all! Many love coming weekly, but you’re welcome to drop in when you can.
No problem! We break everything into easy steps, and if you go wrong, our only rule is: If you’re moving and smiling, you’re doing it right!
